Richard Polgar is the Chief Financial Officer of CapFlow Funding Group & CFG. Richard started as a financial analyst with the factoring business, CapFlow, in 2012. He was promoted to Financial Controller and eventually played a key role in CFG’s rapid growth since the formation of the MCA business in April 2015. Richard became the companies’ Chief Financial Officer in July 2021.
Throughout the years, Richard and his team have focused on and closed multiple senior and unsecured credit facilities, ensuring the uninterrupted growth trajectories and liquidity needs of both companies. Richard has consistently and capably overseen multiple annual financial audits, corporate financings and re-financings, and was extensively involved in building out the NetSuite system of record for CFG. Besides corporate finance transactions, Richard has also been responsible for the companies’ day-to-day finance and operations functions, including financial & investor reporting, portfolio analytics, accounting, audit, treasury and tax.
Prior to CFG and CapFlow, Richard held various positions at First Manhattan Consulting Group, NYSE Euronext, and Merrill Lynch. Mr. Polgar holds a BA degree with a double major in Finance and International Economics and a minor in Corporate Accounting from St. Francis College.
