Jeffrey S. Paige, Esq. is General Counsel to CapFlow Funding Group & CFG. Mr. Paige began his legal career as an in-house law clerk to Valley National Bank in 2006 while finishing his final year of law school. Upon graduating law school, Mr. Paige became an associate with a boutique litigation firm focusing on banking and Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) litigation, appearing in Court numerous times on behalf of Bank of America, PNC Bank, Valley National Bank, and others.
Mr. Paige then obtained extensive experience as outside General Counsel to a number of business entities, handling matters ranging from corporate governance issues, contract drafting and negotiation, and litigation. Prior to his ascendance to the General Counsel position, Mr. Paige put his extensive complex financial litigation experience to work for both companies for several years and had a key role in both companies’ active litigations and legal strategy during that time, before being hired full-time as the companies’ Senior Litigation Attorney.
Mr. Paige obtained his B.A. from Villanova University in 2001, and graduated with his J.D. cum laude from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2006.
