Stephanie Skantze has more than two decades of experience in project management, service delivery, and business process design across technology-driven organizations. She joined CFG Merchant Solutions (“CFGMS”) in 2022 and currently serves as Project Manager.
Prior to CFGMS, she held senior leadership roles including Vice President of Service Delivery and Vice President of Operations, where she led cross-functional teams, managed large-scale process transformations, and partnered closely with stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes.
In her current role at CFGMS, Mrs. Skantze focuses on project coordination and process optimization, helping ensure initiatives are executed efficiently and support the company’s continued growth.
Mrs. Skantze holds a Master of Science in Management Information Systems and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Marketing from the University of Virginia.
