Laura Cinnella has over a decade of experience in collections management, legal operations, and compliance within the financial services and legal industries. She joined CFG Merchant Solutions (“CFGMS”) in 2021 and currently serves as Senior Collections Manager.
Prior to CFGMS, she held leadership and paralegal roles at prominent law firms, where she supported compliance initiatives, managed post-judgment proceedings, and worked closely with executive leadership and clients.
In her current role, Mrs. Cinnella leads CFGMS’s collections operations with a strong focus on regulatory adherence, operational efficiency, and respectful client communication, helping protect both merchants and the organization.
Mrs. Cinnella holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice with a concentration in Investigative Services from the University of New Haven and a Paralegal Certificate from Ramapo College of New Jersey.
