Kara Costa is the Treasury Manager at CFG Merchant Solutions & CapFlow Funding Group, bringing more than three decades of experience in financial operations, treasury oversight, and organizational management. Known for her precision, reliability, and deep industry knowledge, Kara plays an essential role in ensuring the financial infrastructure runs smoothly, efficiently, and compliantly.
Kara has been with CapFlow Funding Group and CFG Merchant Solutions since 2012. Before joining the company, Kara spent nearly 14 years at Target Coatings, Inc., where she served as Office Manager and Accounts Payable/Receivable Manager. In this role, she handled full-cycle accounting, office administration, vendor relations, and operational support, experience that built the foundation for her extensive financial management skillset. Before that, she spent nine years as an Assistant Office Manager at ChemCor, assisting in A/R and operations, further strengthening her expertise in accounting operations and office leadership.
Kara holds her Bachelor of Science in Applied Business Management from Kaplan University.
